What you can expect when your application is successful

  • Skills test

    A skills test to give us an opportunity to see your skills in action (completed remotely). 

  • Online interview

    An online interview (via video call) so that we can learn more about each other.

  • Final interview

    A final interview with your manager and a member of the senior leadership team (via video call as above).

A transparent process

We understand the importance of effective communication throughout the recruitment process, and we are committed to maintaining transparency and clarity regarding developments and next stages. 

Candidates can also discuss reasonable adjustments at every stage of the process.
